Black Belt Workouts WOD: I Need a 33 Baby!

For time: All sets/combos of swings and box jumps = 33 (as the reps of swings decrease by 3, the reps of box jumps increase by 3)

30 Swings, 3 Box Jumps

27 Swings, 6 Box Jumps

24 Swings, 9 Box Jumps

21 Swings, 12 Box Jumps

18 Swings, 15 Box Jumps

15 Swings, 18 Box Jumps

12 Swings, 21 Box Jumps

9 Swings, 24 Box Jumps

6 Swings, 27 Box Jumps

3 Swings, 30 Box Jumps

As your “humble” pace-setter I completed the above in 15:37, using a 50 lb. kettlebell for swings and a tractor tire for the box jumps (= to about 30 inch box).

Finisher:

50 leg raises

30 Ab rows (3 count)

30 Ab twists (3 count)

50 Sit-ups
