Black Belt Workouts WOD: 2 AMR’s in 15 Min.

Round 1: AMR in 15 minutes

5 - Tire flips – hop/jump on tire – hop in/down in tire – hop/jump on tire & repeat the other way

20 – Push-ups w/feet on tire (decline push-ups)

40 - Strikes Donkey Kong (use two 4 lb. mini-sledge hammers) 20/per side

As your “humble” pace-setter I finished 3 complete rounds, plus 3 tire flips into the 4 round.

Rest 2:00

2nd Round: AMR in 15 minutes

6 - Get-ups w/80 lb. sandbag (3 per side)

1 – Round Trip: Pull-Sled Forward (Sprint) 30 yard & Pull-Sled Backward 30 yard (Drag 50 lb.)

5 – Hang Clean & Press (I used two 50 lb. kettlebells)

20 – Sit-ups

As your “humble” pace-setter I finished 4 complete rounds right at the buzzer (15:00).
