Black Belt Workouts WOD: Another 30/30/30 for 5 Rounds

This WOD is like the one we did a couple of days ago, but instead of push-ups we’re doing air squats.

5 Rounds for time:

30 Double-Unders

30 Air Squats

30 Sit-ups

As your “humble” pace-setter I finished the 5 rounds in 15:24.  The DU’s were a little tougher today, than the WOD like this with push-ups, because the squats fried the legs, making jump rope harder.
