Black Belt Workouts WOD: 2 for 1 – Friday/Sat. WOD

I will be without inter-net access on Saturday, so in addition to today’s WOD, below it is also tomorrow’s (Sat.) WOD.  Sunday is rest day.

Friday WOD: For time

200 Double-Under jump rope, every two minutes stop and do 40 punches (Heavy Bag) & 6 kicks (Heavy Bag).

As your “humble” pace-setter I completed the above in 13:37.

Saturday WOD: 20 Minute Tabata Anything (Time-Split 0:20/0:10)

Below is my list of tabata’s (each one is a 2:00 tabata)

Push-ups

Air Squats

Squat Thrusts

Sit-ups

Burpees

Ab Twists

Clap Push-ups

Jump Squats

Band Pulls

Triple-Punch (horse stance)
