Black Belt Workouts WOD: Tire, Ropes, Box Jumps, & Hammer

Round 1: Tractor Tire Flips

As many as you can in 5 minutes

Rest: 1:00

Round 2: Battle Ropes

0:30/0:30 time-splint for 10 minutes

Rest 1:00

Round 3: Box Jumps (on tractor tire)

As many as you can in 5 minutes

Rest 1:00

Round 4: Sledge Hammer

0:30/0:30 time-split for 10 minutes

As your “humble” pace-setter I completed 15 tire flips in Round 1 & 122 box jumps in Round 3.

NOTE: If you don’t have  tire, sub with sandbag clean and launch, or barbell clean & press.  If no battle ropes, sub with burpees, and if no sledge hammer, sub by pounding your fist in the ground…just kidding.
