5 Burpees on the Minute

Round 1: warm-up with 2000 meter casual row, light stretch, then some ab/core work.

Round 2: For time – start with 5 burpees & do 5 burpees on the minute, every minute, meanwhile complete

50 pull ups

100 push ups

50 air squats

100 sit ups

My time – 18:54 (thus I had to do 95 total burpees)
