Pull Ups, Thrusters, Suitcase Dead Lift

Round 1: warm-up with light stretch, 100 double unders, & ab/core work.

Round 2: Countdown 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10 for time

pull ups

thrusters (two 50 lb. dumbbells)

suitcase dead lift (50 lb. db at each side and dead lift like you would lifting up a heavy suitcase)
