CrossFit’s “Jerry” (Hero WOD)

Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.

Round 1: Warm-up 30:00 – 50 KB swings, 50 horizontal rows, 50 air squats, 50 flutter kicks, 25 sit ups, 25 wt. sit ups, 30 leg levers, 30 crunches, 2:00 plank, light stretch.

Round 2: “Jerry” for time

1 mile run

200 double unders (Rx is 2000 meter row)

1 mile run

My time – 20:36

If you don’t row and can’t do DU’s, then sub with 800 single jump rope.
